Med Helix Director-styreenheden er det dig der er i kontrol over alle indstillinger.

Den lille 2.8" Touch-skærm i farver har en intuitiv menu som gør det muligt hurtigt at lave en bred vifte af justeringer som f.eks lydstyrken på ​$$​$$alle kilder, styring af ​$$​$$subwoofervolumen, skift mellem kilder, kontrol af HEC Bluetooth-modul eller skifte mellem de forskellige lydopsætninger.

Helix Director giver dig også mulighed for at gemme op til 20 forudindstillede lydindstillinger.

Via USB-indgangen kan man desuden (med en computer) få adgang til DSP'en og lave alle lydindstillinger.

Helix Director kan bruges med alle DSP-produkter fra Brax, Helix og Match (som understøttes af DSP PC-Tool version 3).

The 2.8” / 7 cm full colour touchscreen display and the intuitive menu navigation allow easy handling of many features – for example:

Source selection

Volume control of all sources

Volume control of the subwoofer

Control and configuration of the HEC BT module

Switching between sound setups.

Furthermore it provides sufficient memory for 20 additional sound setups and comes with a USB connector allowing straight access to your DSP device via the DIRECTOR - a big relief if you want to tweak your configuration while your processor/amplifier is hidden somewhere in the trunk.

The high-resolution, full colour touchscreen display is housed in what was solid block of aluminum.

The DIRECTOR is compatible with all DSP products which are supported by DSP PC-Tool Version 3 and higher.

Volume menus

With the DIRECTOR, you can comfortably adjust the master, subwoofer, HEC / MEC / AUX and digital volume from the driver's seat. The control range is between -60 dB and 0 dB for master, HEC / MEC / AUX and digital volume and between -40 dB and 0 dB for the subwoofer. The volume is adjusted in 0.5 dB increments.

The "Input Select" menu allows for switching between the input sources. Depending on the connected device, the possible options are Main, HEC / MEC / AUX and Digital Optical are available as input sources. In addition, the volume of the selected source can be set here.

The DIRECTOR allows direct control of the HEC / MEC BT extension.

Once a connection has been established successfully between the Bluetooth device and the HEC / MEC module, it is possible to control the module via the DIRECTOR. In addition to play / pause, forward and backward songs, the volume of the Bluetooth input source can also be adjusted using the rotary dial on the front of the DIRECTOR.

The "Tone Control" function allows for the bass and treble levels, as well as their transfer frequencies to also be set via the rotary knob of the DIRECTOR.

Customizable soft key buttons

There are four single configurable soft key buttons available. Each button can be assigned to a separate function to have a fast access to the most frequently used functions. To configure a soft key press the respective button for a few seconds and a new window will appear where a specific function can be selected. The available functions vary depending on the connected products and their extensions e.g. BRAX, HELIX or MATCH Extension Card.
